Christmas Pageant

James played a somewhat disgruntled shepherd in the Christmas pageant at our church. He did a great job, especially during their big song "The Shepherd Blues". Andrew wore his costume for a few minutes, but decided to opt out of the play ... maybe next year?

Paul's Visit

Todd and Jen Paul came to visit us from Chicago for the weekend. They hit it off great with the boys, and were a big help with the gingerbread house construction!

LBJ Ranch 2

We enjoyed touring the "Texas Whitehouse", home of LBJ and family during and after his presidency. James did such a great job assisting the park ranger that he was named "honorary Jr. Ranger" for the day. He was very proud of his special badge.

LBJ Ranch 1

We visited the Lyndon B. Johnson Ranch near Johnson City. They had a special Christmas crafts exhibit going on, and the boys were able to make gingerbread men, candles, cookie ornaments and a wreath (with Grandma's help!)

Thanksgiving Visit

Grandma and Grandad came to visit us for one week including Thanksgiving day. We had a great time with them eating, playing games, doing crafts and relaxing together.
