Mark was Emcee for the Reception which was held at a local hotel. As you can see, James and Andrew were not the least bit shy when it came to open mic time.

Wedding Ceremony

The wedding of Alan and Etsuko was a most joyous occasion. Mark was honored to stand next to his brother as Best Man, James did a fantastic job as Ring Bearer ... and Andrew enjoyed sweet dreams while the ceremony was in progress.

We enjoyed visiting family in Stratford. Pictured here are cousin Amy, Aunt Saori, Uncle Alan, and soon-to-be Aunt Etsuko working on her wedding flower arrangements with friends.

First Day of School -- Andrew

Andrew started back to school at Shepherd of the Hills Pres. Church Preschool on Monday, and he had a great day! He will go on M,W & F from 9:00 - 1:00. He is in the Lion's class and his teacher is Mrs. Kristen -- a familiar face from the church play ground with 3 young children of her own, including 3 year old twins!

James continues to love school, and his favorite thing is riding the bus home. The kids from the neighborhood have been helpful to make sure he gets off at the right bus stop in front of our house. And this week I learned that his teacher, Ms. Wentworth also attends our church.
