First Day of School -- James

Today James started his first day of Kindergarten at Oak Hill Elementary. He was so excited as he has been talking about starting Kindergarten all Summer. He had no problem with the early morning routine, and when we arrived to his class he walked right up to his teacher and said "Good Morning", with no prompting from me! After dropping James off, Andrew and I enjoyed doughnuts and coffee at the "Boo Hoo Breakfast" provided by the PTA. After that we went to a neighbor's house for more fellowship and food, and the neighbor's son, Luke came over to play with Andrew for a while. James had a great first day at school earning a smiley face from his teacher for his good work and cooperation. His only complaint was that he didn't get to ride the bus home ... maybe tomorrow!

Visiting Louisville

We had a great time in Louisville visiting family and doing so many fun things ... like going swimming with Papa at Blairwood, and playing marbles with Martha and Johnny!

Visiting Stratford, Meeting Amy

In late July, we traveled to Stratford to visit with family including the newest addition to the family, Amy! She turned one soon after Andrew's 4th birthday, so we celebrated both birthdays together.

Party Guests

These are a few of Andrew's friends who came to his party, from bottom to top: Marc, Adam, Laura, Molly-Ian and Mia, and "Z".

Andrew's Batman Swimming Birthday Party
